Falgarwood is well located, north of the QEW and in the eastern part of Oakville, with easy access to Toronto for commuters. The area was originally developed in three phases – the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
The 1960s portion is comprised primarily of bungalows on large lots, some with a great mid-century flair. The 1970s and 80s homes are primarily two-story, small to medium sized homes. Prices tend to the more affordable by local standards.
The area has lots of woodland and ravine trails, parks, playing fields, fine schools and retail services. Perfect for families with an active lifestyle.
